Our Sales Philosophy
Many of our homebred, handraised ponies are still with the people who purchased them many, many
years later. We are proud that our buyers often find a "pony of a lifetime" through us because we try
very hard to insure that the ponies we sell suit their new riders. Nevertheless, it is always better to
bring your trainer along before you decide to purchase a pony.

Fox Ridge Keiko
Registerable as half-Welsh, this flashy yearling is by Theodore II (Kevlar)
out of the gray sabino mare Fox Ridge Fool’s Gold (half-sister of Fox Ridge
Jumping Bean, sired by Gaslight Lancelot, son of Ceulan Lwcus). Keiko is
an investment in the future. He has 100% of the traits of a top pony hunter
prospect: flat-kneed trot with reach; enormous, athletic and pretty canter,
automatic lead change, naturally level topline; quiet, sensible
temperament. $$$
Chelsea's Christian (3-in-1 package)
Ten-year-old, 13.1h TBx mare in foal to top hunter stallion Empire’s Power
with 03/08/2010 colt at side by two-time National Champion (and sire of
Devon and national champions) Land’s End The Colonel’s Fox. Full sister
to 2000 pony hunter National Champion I Don’t Know, and maternal half
sister to champions Karacter and Yet Another Karacter, “Chrissy” is also
3/4 sister to (deceased) eventing superpony Theodore O’Connor and full
sister to Chelsea’s Renaissance, dam of Royalty, 2009 Res. Best Young
Pony at Devon. Her eldest son, Proven Theory, has competed successfully
in hunters, jumpers and eventing. Trade for 12-13h, half-Thoroughbred filly,
age 3-5, possible. $
Theodore II (a.k.a. "Kevlar"): Partnership Sought
Full brother to Theodore O'Connor, Kevlar is a seven-year-old stallion:
sharp, athletic, and super-enthusiastic about jumping. Uniquely developed
from the ground, primarily (due to "soundness" problems in his trainer!),
Kevlar has jumped around Preliminary level cross country jumps and
complexes (including water, ditches and banks), riderless! Under saddle,
his topline is soft and flexible, and his canter is simply fantastic: huge-
striding, light and supremely balanced. We would entertain a partnership to
move Kevlar along in jumpers or eventing.
